Rufino Tamayo

Hoy se conmemoran 25 años del fallecimiento del pintor mexicano Rufino Tamayo, y la Fonoteca Nacional honra a este personaje, considerado como uno de los grandes pintores y representantes de la producción gráfica en México.

Te invitamos a escuchar una entrevista que realizó Félix Sordo al pintor oaxaqueño en 1981, en la que Tamayo cuenta anécdotas de su vida personal y profesional, como el inicio de su afición a la pintura que lo llevó a ingresar a la Escuela de Pintura de Bellas Artes en 1917, además de compartir su punto de vista acerca de las críticas hacia su persona y su trabajo.
