El audio del día está dedicado al músico, compositor, cantante y productor británico George Harrison (1943-2001), en el que hubiera sido su cumpleaños número 74.

Harrison, considerado como uno de los mejores guitarristas en la historia del rock, comenzó su carrera musical a los 15 años con la banda The Rebels; después se unió al grupo The Quarrymen, que posteriormente se convertiría en The Beatles.

Para celebrarlo te compartimos el siguiente programa en el que se hace un recorrido por algunos de los sencillos de Harrison en su etapa solista. Escucharás los temas It's what you value y Woman, don't you cry for me, publicados en Inglaterra en 1977, y también los sencillos de 1979 Blow away y Soft touch, acompañados por breves comentarios de José Carlos García Hernández, como parte del programa Saint John's Wood.
