Manuel María Ponce

Manuel M. Ponce (1882 - 1948) navega entre diversos estilos que incluyen el romanticismo y un discreto modernismo. Además, en su trabajo se encuentran diversas influencias españolas, francesas y algunos apuntes de nacionalismo.

Rendimos homenaje desde nuestro acervo sonoro a este compositor y pianista zacatecano, conocido como el "creador de la canción mexicana moderna", en su aniversario luctuoso.
