Día de las madres

El 10 de mayo de 1922 se festejó de manera oficial a las madres en nuestro país. Esto fue resultado de una convocatoria lanzada por Rafael Alducín, fundador del periódico Excélsior, quien un mes antes había propuesto elegir un día para festejar a las madres.
