Julián Carrillo

Creador de una de las teorías más importantes que revolucionaron la escena musical mundial, Julián Carrillo murió un día como hoy, pero de 1965. Violinista, compositor, director y teórico, Carrillo se dedicó a la práctica, promoción y difusión de la música microtonal a la que llamó "Sonido 13".

Rendimos homenaje sonoro a este genio que enriqueció el patrimonio musical de México con “Preludio a Colón”, pieza para soprano y diversos instrumentos en cuartos, octavos y dieciseisavos de tono en la interpretación de Conjunto Instrumental de la Asociación de Conciertos Lamoureux y la soprano Annik Simon.
